FACT: When it’s hot outside, mechanical equipment starts failing.
That’s why we recommend having a maintenance contract with your service provider to maintain your equipment throughout the year, instead of trying to find a reliable HVAC contractor when your equipment is already failing in the summer.
Questions you should being asking yourself year-round are:
- Who’s changing my filters?
- Who’s cleaning my coils?
- Who’s cleaning my drain lines?
If any of these fail, you won’t get cooling during the hot summer.
Many people will not do maintenance in the wintertime purely because they think they are saving money by doing so, rather than having the equipment maintained while it’s cooler out to be ready for the hot Florida summer.
If you don’t already have a service provider, give us a shout!
